Code sign error?

in Working with GS (Mac)
So I did provisioning profile and everything . And then clicked sign app and clicked on my provision profile and everything worked fine and then I go to application loader and I want to send it I hit send and I waited then it said error and I hit activity and I saw code sign was in red . So what did I do wrong????

    Hi there,
    there are many reasons that this can occur and if you search this in the forums there are many answers to this problem. This seems a bit obvious but make sure that all of your apple programs are updated to the current version(application loader, Xcode). That is what fixed this problem for me.
