Help program simple game!

I want to create an infinite runner, in which a character has to jump over obstacles. Here are some things I need to overcome:
1.) Make the character jump when the screen is touched.
2.) Make the platform moving constantly.
3.) Constantly have the character running.
4.) Make the obstacles spawn at random time.

This is my first app using game salad, so I'm not 100% confident with the program. If someone can show me how to do this it would be a great help. Thanks!

You just need a scrolling background to act as the platform from the sounds of it. A quick search for that should get you some useful info
