Urgent Issue- Cant use monetization services !!!!

when im trying to tap monetization services-its redirect me to secure website and i get this message: "You do not have permission to access this page." This is super Urgent!! What should we do?
might be the system still thinks i dont have "pro license" as it still says "go pro" under my name?
