Constrain problem

I've asked this question a couple times, but no one has been able to give me an answer, so hopefully someone will today!

I have a problem with constraining my character to multiple different platforms.

There are 3 platforms which move from right to left and are 3 different sizes, but I can't figure out how to make the character constrain to each platform so that he moves with the platform without you pressing anything.

I've followed the end of this video which highlights what I am trying to do:


But I can't edit the instances because the platforms are spawned from off the map.

If you increased the friction your character should stay on the platform. No need to constrain it to it.
