trouble with "any of the following" and "else" function in GS creator for windows

Hi, I try to have more than one "if" condition in the rule however, it does not work in the preview. Nothing happened when I used "When any of the following are happening". Also, what does "else" do? I watched a video and it used "otherwise" when the "if" condition did not happen, so I thought the "else" is equivalent. But it seems it is just the same as the "do" function. Is there an "otherwise" function in the windows version? thanks!
