How do you make a collision shape for a baloon?

in Working with GS (Mac)
It is not circular, not ant ellipse exactly, and exactly not a rectangle? I think about combining some shapes to create a collision shape, but I coulnd't figure it out. Do you have an idea?

    A square and an ellipse should work pretty well.
