Music Resets only on transition from 1st scene to 2nd scene - not on any other transitions

So I have an actor on my 1st scene which doesn't appear anyone else. It's what gets the music started. When the 1st scene swaps to the 2nd scene, the music resets. This doesn't happen for any other scene transitions. I don't remember ever having any other actor even touch music, but I looked anyways and didn't find anything. Is there a way to get a list of all the actors on a scene to make sure I'm not overlooking anything? Or maybe there could be something else going on?

Click on the Scene tab, then on the Layers tab, and then expand each layer (e.g. "Background") to see a list of all actors on a scene.

Ah thanks! Somehow the music actor was there... not really sure how but there it was!
