Generate your certificate.

With the creation of your CSR, Keychain Access simultaneously generated a public and private key pair. Your private key is stored on your Mac in the login Keychain by default and can be viewed in the Keychain Access application under the "Keys" category. Your requested certificate will be the public half of your key pair.

    Yes. To publish games to iOS, you have to do so from a Mac. This is not a GS issue, it is something that Apple has setup.

    @Gdogg,
    If you don't have a mac then you can't publish to iOS or do any iOS AdHoc testing. You need a mac to do so. Also, you need to have an Apple developer account as well which is $100 a year.

    There are people that you could pay to basically be your publisher if you wanted to and send you test builds for testing and publish it for you but it would cost you some money. If interested, send me a PM!
