Can GameSalad do...?

Hi guys,
I'm currently working on a 3D racing game in Unity but as I'm not a coder, it's messing with my head. I will complete it but the next game/s I have in mind are more 2D so I was looking at GS to do the job. A couple of questions:
1. Does GS support old-school sprite scaling? Would it be possible to do a pseudo 3D game along the lines of Out-Run and Chase HQ with said scaling?
2. How about multi button presses for a single move, for example the fireball in Streetfighter 2... would complex fighting games like that be feasible?
3. I'm guessing that there's no 3D support, right?
Sorry for the noob questions. I'd check out GS myself but I only have a G4 Powerbook. I've bought an Intel Mac Mini but it hasn't arrived yet
Cheers guys!

I understand that it does scrolling but that's not what I'm asking about... scaling is what I'm interested in... when the objects smoothly grow as they move towards you.
And it won't run on G4 architecture... needs to be an Intel mac
Although I am planning another Sega inspired game for Xmas along similar lines...
Dr. Sam Beckett never returned home...
