Play Button Grayed Out After Publishing to Arcade

I published my app to the Gamesalad Arcade using the "Work In Progress" setting so only I could see it. I got the notification "Congratulations. Your app is ready..." but the play button is grayed out? What am I missing? I would like to test the app.
