Just found out about this amazing "Gs" concept and it just threw me away.
im looking for to work my ideas into real games and publish my first app. (:
it would be great if someone could send me #private messege or #answer here with his skype id/messenger or
anything more dynamic then email lol,
just for a few basic questions(not more than that, i know you all have your own projects lol).
english isnt my main(sorry for that),and i'm having a little trouble understand with one messge each time,
so ill be much than thankful if one of you will do that.. and even if not, it's alright to xD
anyway, i hope ill do great like all of you,and have a great week !

I know it's not common, but still worth the shot xD
if it's okay, i want to ask few questions here(sorry if being rude)
1)my next planned app need to be played as protrait screen and not landscape.
but in Game Salad work envoirment, it's landscape and i dont know how to make it protrait as my game should play. so i do i make it protrait? ^^


2)im trying to respawn bars from the top of the screen, like this : --------
so i used actor as respawner, and in the bars actors i did randomly attribute change to the wiedth,and didnt touch the height, but some how every time it respawn the bars actor it respawn it as a cube and not bar, and the hieght dosent changes, only the width and i cant find why.. any ideas?

1. Click "Home", then go to the "Project Info" tab. There you can select "iPhone Portrait" in the Platform option.

2. It isn't entirely clear what the problem is here. You say that within the bar actor you have it set to randomly change the width but you "didn't touch the height". This will be why "the hieght dosent changes, only the width". It sounds like you aren't changing the height at any point, so it will still be the default. Have you tried changing the height for the prototype actor to the height you want the bars to be?

exactly, im not changing the height, but someone when i preview it it respawn bars with diffrent height all the time, i set the height to 24 so it will be like icy tower bars,but when preview it it respawn like bars with height of 60 i guess, some how and i dont know why lol.. i didnt understood the reletive also, next to the direction and to the position options in the Respawn behivaor.. what reletive mean (theres 2 options= to the scene and to the actor).. lets say for example that i want to make icy tower game..
and i need to make randomaly bars pooping from the top of the screen going down..
and insead of bars they come as cube.. when the defult high is 24.. it changes from some reason, any idea? (wow i just noticed how bad my english.. sorry !!!! )
