App crashes

Hi i just published my app in the android play store and i then downloaded it however it crashed straight away when opened. it worked fine when i used the android listener but it doesn't work now can some one please give me a quick answer to why this might be thanks

its not my devices it other i have tested on its a HUDL tablet by tescos
