Restore In-App Purchase

So I have an in-app purchase to remove ads. a Yes Button and a No Button. Ive heard that apple won't approve in-app purchases unless a Restore Button is visible on the screen? Why is this? If the user is logged into their app store account it automatically remembers if this item was purchased or not when they click my "Yes" button.

    That's just how they roll. It's odd, granted, but then again it's not asking too much. It's not hard to add a Restore button.
