Problem upload App Store

Hi, here is my problem after trying to upload my game through application loader

    I have all certificates that i need, but this error really pisses me off, no one ?

    I've retried again and recreated all certificates and looked into activity and this is what t says
    Could not start delivery: all transports failed diagnostics

    Do i need to do something special in gs or just save it zip it and upload it ?
