Android/apple publishing help

Hi. i am seriously struggling at the moment and am get quite annoyed about my problem so if you could help i would be so thank full. My problem is that my app just won't work properly. These are the things that happen: 1) The app opens but the crashes when the first seen opens 2) You open the app the 1st screen come on and looks like this picture in the attachments. I used the android viewer and the app worked fine then but when i tried to adhoc test it on my device it doesn't work. I have tried many thing to resolve this problem such as Lower the size to 5mb. Make every thing not moveable or not preload art, I have tried using Eclipse i sent help requests to game salad, tried young letter box instead of overscan, published to google play then downloaded it but still didn't work, got rid of most attributes,actors and unwanted sound. I have tried every thing i can think of. This has been quite a problem lately and i really need help. Please give as many suggestions as possible so i can try all of them and optimise my chance of fixing this problem. If any more detail is need please ask me.

    Is this only happening in the viewer? A common problem I have come across if you have music at the start of your game, it forces your app to crash upon start - exit. My work around was to have a new loading screen with a 2 second timer to change scene, which worked.

    Make sure you have no unwanted rules etc as well. You don't mention if everything worked before as it might be easier to start over and test as you go.

    ok i do have music in my app and will try that.Thanks for replying ill get back to u shortly.

    The app work fine in the viewer but not adhoc

    Ok so after doing what you said. Making a brand new scene at the start then you have to wait 2 seconds then the scene will change same problem. The blank scene didn't even open up even tho it was a blank brand new scene.

    Should i use nightly builds or not thanks
