How to promote your app for free

Hello!
I recently released my app, Timing (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/timing-countdown-game/id824471098?mt=8), in the App Store and have seen very few downloads, in spite of the quality of the app.
I would like to know what I can do to promote my app, for free! I contacted several youtube reviewers, posted the app in different forums but I want more!
