Error purchasing items an Pro

Hi guys,

I've tried many time to purchase graphics ou Pro version it doesn't work. I've tried using safari, google chrome. With paypal, credit card. And a friend of mine tried also and same result ... We're living in switzerland

The more information you provide, the more help you can get. Do you actually purchase the item? Does paypal take your money?

If it has taken your money. Go to the very front page and login to Gamesalad. On your user icon, use the drop down and select PURCHASED. Everything will show up there. All the art and assets will work on all devices and platforms
