Universal binaries help!!

Hi. I published my game in to the android market and now want to publish to apple however I'm having trouble with setting up universal binaries. I made my game in Legacy iPhone portrait and ticked resolution independence. I made the rules on this video here.
I did this then changed it to iPad or iPhone 5 but some things weren't on the scene and showed some black areas.
can any one help me solve this problem.

I see your a pro user so have you tried the stretch to fit option in the nightly builds?
We have a free Santa GO! template over at DBA that will show you how to use overscan/crop if you don't like stretch to fit.
