Hello,

I just want to announce a Template Store I was working on for a while now. You can buy templates and sell your templates.
You get 75% of the revenue for every Template you sell. The 25% will be used to pay the PayPal taxes that Paypal takes.

I know that my store isn't perfect, does not have a good design. But everybody starts somewhere. Anyways if you want to buy a template or want to sell your template, check out the store.
