Hey GS friends! I'm working on a new game and I'm blogging about it as I go and sharing builds.
It's not a GS game, as GS is not the tool for this job.
We have one of the greatest communities around and I would love to hear your thoughts.
I'm entering week 3 of working on this. Two huge things I'm excited about- building this for a crazy Oculus Rift experience and I'm filming actors here in Chicago for FMV in the game. Have a green screen studio set up in my home. Yay!!! It's going to be a lot of fun.
I've been focusing in getting the gameplay systems in place first. I'm making good progress. If part of the location seems familiar, it's because I'm using some old models from my last game made with GS while I code the gameplay.
It's going to take place in the 1920's and most likely in a hotel. Think the Shining...
I would love to hear your thoughts about the direction it's going, the black and white presentation or just anything about it, in general.
Cheers and happy game dev-ing!
