Need help with bonus screen

Iam new to Gs been using the free verison. In my game iam making not sure how to do this. Iam going to have a bonus round in the level if actor touches the area it will go to the bonus but after the bonus it needs to come back at the same spot and add the score from the bonus to the score that the actor had before he got the bonus. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

    You need to look into the Pause Game behavior. Start with a Google search and then post questions you have after watching a couple videos.

    I have been watching videos. Just don't know what would be the best way to do this. That is why iam looking for help

    If you Google pause game gamesalad, the first result is the video below. Have you watched that? Have you tried to re-create it in your game? Your bonus area would be an overlay scene that is accessed through the Pause Game behavior. You can have behaviors right before the Pause Game behavior and right before the Unpause Game behavior if you need to adjust scores, etc.

    I will try that thanks. I have seen the pause video just wasn't sure if that would be a good way to go.
