Is anyone having issues with Publishing Server? status says all is normal. "WORKING NOW"

I uploaded a new build and hit Generate and it goes semitransparent and after a bit. I refresh and generate is back to normal but it doesn't tell me the app is ready for download and if I do download its the old version.
I just went back into my portfolio and it finally told me file was ready and I D/L and it was the correct file so all good just took awhile.
