Problem with "Control Camera"

Hi,
I used this tutorial youtube.com/watch?v=DzaA0gachYM to make a scrollable scene.
I followed everything step by step but It didn't work.
I unchecked the visibility of the Cam and the Drag actor and I saw that they work just fine but the camera does not follow the Cam actor eventhough he has the "Control Camera ".
What could be the problem ?
I've noticed one more thing, the cam actor went automatically in the non scrollable layer "Drag" as it is in the video, I moved it to another layer to see if this is the problem but now It does not move as it should be. In which layer it has to be ?

Nope, that's not the problem.
P.S. I also just used the "Move" Behavior on the cam actor just to see if it would move the camera at all. And it does not.
It could be because more than one of your actors has the "control camera in it"
To test to see if this is true. Create a brand new scene with one actor that controls the scene with the control camera behaviour.

I made that too, also not the problem.
Make sure you adjust the camera frame area, click the camera button top left of preview screen area.

I did adjust the size of the camera frame but It wasn't the problem too.
In the end I decided to make again new scene and I did everything step by step but this time testing everything after I make it.
Now it works but I didn't find out what was the problem eventhough I copy/pasted the rules so I guess it was somewhere in the scene options but it was intresting problem.
One more question when I use "Mouse Button" is down does it work for the phones and tablets also or I jave to change the rule ?
A touch on the screen is the same as mouse button down.
