Play Music in arcade does not work - please help - new to this

Created a simple game in Windows. Uploaded to arcade and the Play Music or Play Sound does not work. It works in windows pc. Please help!!! Thanks.

    Make sure u have speaker and sound on. Just saying and here is a tutrial

    It's a compatibility issue with the HTML5 engine and various browsers. It seems the .ogg files that Gamesalad converts its sounds to, aren't compatible with some browsers... Particularly Safari.

    Try the game in a different browser and the sounds should play.

    I think Gamesalad Guru mentioned somewhere that the HTML5 code is optimised to play .wav files or something, and converting your sounds to that format fixes the audio problem in Safari.
