App Icon Size - Transparent Corners

Hey guys--
I published my game on the App Store and the icon looks fine on my iPhone 5 and iPad mini, but on the iPhone 4 and older generation iPads the icon seems to have black corners to fill in the transparent icon space due to the new corner radius.
Forgive me if this has already been addressed, but is there a way to fix this? Does it have to do with the fact that those devices aren't iOS7? If so, how do we make sure icons look fine for all versions? I'm pretty sure I uploaded the proper 1024x1024 size in the GameSalad publisher as well as in Itunes Connect.
Thanks for your help!

Looks like iOS 7 icons look fine for me, but iOS 6 and below display the wrong size with black/transparent corners like this:

How do we make sure each iOS version has the correct corner radius?

I think you should be uploading images that are true squares. Then it will be cropped and its corners will be cut appropriately for the right iOS version.
yea, don't worry about making the corner's yourself, just upload a full 1024x1024 square and let the publisher take care of it
