Going Pro

I'm thinking about going pro, I have a few games ready for release but is pro worth it?
What kind of advertising can you do and whats it like?

I'd like to know what your opinions are and maybe some stats of the advertising, I've had a look around the forum but most of the posts I found are a bit outdated. If someone could, direct me to some links for iAds and other form of advertising I could integrate into Gamesalad Pro.
