Help: Actor moving an actor

I am trying to make a actor (bomb), when blown up, move another actor (character) from where the bomb was placed. Like if I was to put a bomb on the left of character it would move it right. If I put a bomb under a character it would move it up. How would I go upon setting this up? I know how to move a actor with buttons but I want the bomb to move the actor.
