i searched to see if i can monetize with gamesalad on my android game as i want to give it for free and make money from Ads.

so my question is :
Can i monetize with gamesalad on android ? ....as in cookbook the site down
How much will i gain from each preview or click on the ads?
How long does it take to accept my payment here on gamesalad and on google as well?
