Game made for iPad to work on iPhone

I know if I publish it as an iOS Universal it will work on the iPhone but the app was made for iPad and I also want it to work on the other devices, If I use overscan for making the app all the images are too big.

If I use letterbox there is bars and I don't want that on my app.

Please help. Thanks!

Use the stretch feature in the new Release Candidate.

when you are previewing on a different device there should be a stretch option.

How would I apply that when I am publishing?

I published it as stretch but it still does not work on my iPhone and I've tried it twice. :/

It might be a bug. I remember publishing to android with stretch a few a days ago and it came out as letterbox. I'll try again later and see. :#

I just published an older game using legacy iPhone landscape, stretch turned on at publishing with release candidate 11.01 and it did not work.

Is there any other way? I really want it to look good on all universal devices.
