Rate and review times

Hi i want to find out
1) How long does apple usually take to review my app. It says waiting for review. Its been 1 week.
2) How do i find out/know what the rate url is for my app if its not published
3) How can i ale a system like flappy birds rate system where you don't leave the app to rate it.

apple usually takes around 1 week its now longer because of a lot of flappy clones
