Attribute Browser not displaying all options [solved]

While watching a tutorial on creating a health bar I noticed that my Attribute Browser is missing a lot of options. In the video he accesses Game > Health. I don't have this option, I'm also missing a lot of the others he has and if I try to just type the attribute it highlights but after exiting and returning to the actor rules the field is now clear.

Any ideas?
