I would love to know : if I buy the GameSalad PRO and i setup iAds, once i publish my game on the AppStore where will my revenues go ? is it in the Credit Card that i've setup when i bought the IOS dev program or should i do something. Also, can i use my Credit Card for my revenues instead of PayPal since it is not available in my country ?

iAd revenue goes to you (after Apple's cut). They will pay it into a bank account (not Paypal) registered when you register for iAds thru you iTunesconnect account.
