"Host localhost not found" error

I can't seem to find a fix for this. I have read multiple threads on issues similar to this, but none of the answers given were of any help in solving my current problem.

I am running on Windows 7. I am having an error pop out when I attempt to view a preview of my project that says, "Host localhost not found".

I understand there are similar threads to this error, but most of those threads are from 2012 and don't have any solutions to my problem. I was hoping to find a more recent fix for this error.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

    You most likely made an error in your actor's or actors' behaviors.

    @Choco1 I thought so, but this happens before I even set any variables/actors at all. So it's not that. I tried to preview a completely blank template, but it still doesn't show.
