What's the deal with play heaven? New to this

Hey everyone. I'm new to pro and was wondering, how can I use play heaven ads?
Are they available to use for ios? If so how can I add them?

I ask this because I can't use iAds just yet as apple still needs a GST and a ABN off me. Which I currently don't have
