Help with publishing

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Can I sell my game on eBay? And do I earn money by publishing a game to Tizer? And after publishing to Tizer can I publish to app store?

    1. I'd check eBay rules for software
    2. You can earn money from Tizen once they release the devices granted you completed all the seller forms.
    3. You can publish to App Store again after you fill out firms and pay for dev membership
