Can I publish a game with game salad template (graphics, sounds, and etc)?

It al depends on the template you are using. You need to contact the template seller directly for these questions. Generally no you need to change your art and sounds. Even if the seller allows you to use them why would you want to use the same art and sounds everyone else that bought the template have used.
