Full-screen video in adventure game?

Hi all, I'm new to GameSalad and have tried in vain to find an answer to this, so please bear with me.
We have an adventure game we're porting to iOS and other mobile devices, which has full screen video sequence here and there. How does one play back full screen video animations? I see that there is an animation ability with frame sequencing, but does that really play back full screen video while remaining synced, etc? Seems resource heavy.

Gamesalad does not play video files of any kind. You either need to use the frame based animation you mentioned or create animations in engine using Behaviors.

Even if you get them to sync and work it would be extremely resource heavy. I have a few large (but nowhere close to full screen) animations in my game and it takes a lot of time to load those scenes. Too long. By unchecking pre load on the animations you would get some better loading times but crazy choppy (unusable) animations instead.
Any developments in this area?
Gamesalad doesn't play video files.
