Amazon Developer Select promotions are gone.

If you were lucky enough to receive developer select status for one of your games and had a promotion either running, complete or pending, can you please check to see if it's still under your promotions tab (on amazon console) All mine have disappeared.
Need to know if it's just me or they took off everyones.

I wonder what happened. I was looking forward to an April Blitz.
I had some approved. [Somehow] But they are gone now. I also had one running during this month. It's gone too.
Mine always fail because there not "HD Optimized" but anyway I still see its there.
All gone - looks like Amazon are ramping up for PAID advertising. I'm currently in the beta for testing some paid advertising (like Facebook) but it's very restrictive. Like others, I was getting ready for develop select and everything has gone.

I always use my retina display games from a Universal Builds for Kindle and never had this issue. The only issue I had was the "some android devices are not supported with Game Circle issue..."
I guess it depends on the testers as well because for some of the games I'd give the tester a note. I'll simply tell the tester that my backgrounds are not blurry/stretched, its by design, look at the foreground quality!
Anyway after the RC 1 was released a few weeks ago, it resolved the GameCircle issue for me and I was able to get 4 other games approved within a week.

When I click on Promotions everythings is empty (gone) but on Apps & Services (developer select) it says (YES) why is promotions empty then? I have sended a message to amazon waiting for reply
Actually they said "one or more of your screen shots is not HD" but I sent them exactly what they asked for, maybe I will take another look.

Between 3 and 10 PNGs or JPGs
800 x 480px, 1024 x 600px, 1280 x 720px,
1280 x 800px, 1920 x 1200px, or 2560 x 1600px

Oh yeah that is annoying.
Basically your screenshots MUST BE 1280 x 800px or higher...
even though you can use the 1280x720 or lower, it will fail.

I made the same mistake, fix those screenshots and then you should get into the promotion. I think if you get approved now, you will be in the May 1 - June 1 promotion period.

... I guess it depends on the tester as usual.

I really don't know I have submitted more then 10 apps and all were accepted with screenshot using 1280x720, 1 of the approved apps have screenshot 1920 x 1200px that one is also accepted but when I click on Promotions New on amazon account it is empty, yesterday it was full. But it still says you: Congratulations! Your app is qualified for the Developer Select program.
I don't know why Promotions New TAB is empty, can you look into your account if yours is also empty?
Same here, the promotions tab is empty. Hopefully Amazon is just doing backend stuff or else they will have many sad developers.

Ok I just checked again It says "one or more of you images is under 1280x720" but the ones I uploaded are 1280x800 and the only one that is under the 1280x720 is the promo shot that they wanted a 1024x500 image could that be it?
I will be very mad! My Campaign will start on 1 april, this is my first time with Developer Select, I have sended amazon a message waiting for response.
But When I click on my apps it still says: Reward: Earn 30 coins when you buy this app!
This is only if you are approved for developer select, so I think they are doing some update, but we will see soon!
I'll be checking the site throughout the day and will report back as soon as I see a change.

no the Promo image will not accept any thing over 1024x500 so I deleted my old images and made sure I uploaded the 1280x800 maybe I made a mistake first time, I did have smaller images so will see.
everything is normal again
