After registration how long before you can submit a app?

Once you register as a developer what is the time frame before the account becomes active allowing you to submit a app? It's been a week already and want to know how much longer it will be.

apple's usually under a day, if it's been longer, contact them.

I remember nook taking awhile, a few days probably

Amazon should be pretty quick as well

Are you outside of the US? Sometimes that adds a delay. But if it's been a week for all of them, I'd followup and see what is going on.
