Google Play developer name

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi everyone,

So I made my first game and am getting ready to publish it.

I registered for the iOS Developer Program as an individual, but for Google Play does the developer name need to be a legal name such as either my full name or a registered company name? Or can it just be an alias that you go by?

    Hi John,

    I found when I setup my google play account I had no problem using an alternative name to sell under..

    I was a lot less hassle than with apple
