I can't publish my app

I recently upgraded to OS X Mavericks then I can't publish my app. How can I revert to OS X Lion?

    If i was you i wouldn't bother trying to revert back its near impossible, i was stressing out for hours! i did that much research i fell asleep on my computer trying to do it.

    I'm still on mavericks now but everything is running fine, i don't think there are much issues at all to be honest if not any at all.

    whats the problem your having? publishing to gamesalad portfolio, or via application loader?

    hmm if not the mavericks i don't know what is causing it. I attach the image of the problem..

    I have a mac mavericks and recently got 2 games to Play Google and everything went perfectly. I also sent one of them to the app store and is now waiting for review and I had no problem
