Last question about overscan/letterbox/stretch to fit before publishing

Hello to GS Community,
I am on the verge of publishing my first game. Actually, I plan to publish it tonight but I have last question.
To the best of my knowledge, Apple does NOT accept games/applications using letterbox used. They accept overscan using applications. Is that right?
Also, what is this 'stretch to fit' feature and is it required by Apple?
In other words, what should I use in order to not be rejected.
Thank you

Stretch to fit will adjust your game to fit on every device without custom rules, the only downside to this is that the actors can look a little distorted. If you want to use overscan there are a few universal build templates out there that will adjust your actors according to the screen size. Finally, no Apple does not allow Letterboxing.
I would use the stretch feature and see if it suits your needs while previewing, if it does not you can use one of the many universal build methods with overscan.

Thank you for you answer.
I have already used UB and tested my game on idevice with overscan on and it looks good.
However, I was just curious if overscan will be accepted.
Yes overscan will be accepted. Just make sure that you test it on all of the Devices you want to support to make sure everything is in the correct positions. (ex. buttons not cut off on iphone 4)

I have tested it already on iPhone 4, soon on iPhone 4s and 5! I hope it will work on iPad ( it was developed on iPad initially )

I want to ask you:
I have Save and Load attribute. Do they work properly when I test my game through TestFlightApp.com ?
Have you got any clue about it?
Yes they will work properly with Testflight. That is the exact version of your game, as it will appear on the appstore.

So the app I am working on has a screen size of Iphone Portrait Legacy. The scenes have a screen size and camera size of 320x480. When testing the app using the Stretch feature, the app works fine and the images appear nicely on 320x586 (Iphone 5 screens) as well as Ipad sized screens. Is it a smart idea to continue developing the app with a 320x480 screen? The app looks fantastic with the Stretch feature, but would Apple deny my app? I guess it would technically be optimized for iphone 4's since it is the screen I am originally developing on.

If you are using the stretch to fit for all devices it's fine. Just make sure the pictures are optimized for iPad (the biggest device).
