Windows 8 Leaderboards?

Just wondering if Windows 8 has a game center type of scoring board system. I've been searching threads but haven't seen any evidence of this. I'm assuming no, but I hate to just assume. Also I read an article that they are considering having Android Apps in their store. Any news on that?
