Change icon and age rating once app is live?

I just submitted my first version update for my game. I was hoping to find an option to choose a new icon for the app store, as well as changing my age rating from 9+ to 4+. Can these be done?

it can only be done if you update the app, you cannot change the current versions icon or age rating once it has passed review, meaning you have to submit an update for that app.
