Swipe lost & frustrated. Help

Hi, I'm new to GS & need expertise advise & help from seniors out here.
Starting to feel lost & frustrated. Tried to mix & mix according to tutorials but not easy to understand.
I'm trying to make actor movements 0, 45, 135, 180, 225, 315 accordingly to swipe directions.
Actor have to collide 1st before any further movements & moves faster according to swipe speed.
Would really appreciate help & advise. Thank U
