Advertising brands within my game?

Hi guys, hoping someone can help, just wondering what the rules are regarding advertising within my game,

These questions are regarding games made for Apple ios:

So,

" no money is changing hands, just a mutual agreement to advertise each others products etc," < does that even matter?

Assuming I have permission from the brand, can I:

1,Advertise a brand within the in game graphics of my game, ie a tee shirt or small billboard,

2, Have a link to the brands store from within my game, ie title screen,

3, Advertise my own games within my games in game graphics, ie small billboard.

It's just I can't find documentation on this in itunes connect,

As far as I'm aware there is no problem advertising brands. Many, many apps on the app store are nothing but adverts for brands themselves. You get into murkier water with the linking to the store though. If they aren't making purchases in your app, but are being linked out of the app into Safari or something, I can't see it being an issue.

Thanks man, thanks for the headship on this,, so I guess linking to the stores website is cool, as long as there are no purchase behaviours within the app is that what your saying?

It's been a while since I really read anything about this specifically, but last I did read that was the case. It's probably worth you submitting a support ticket to Apple asking for clarification though!
