How to make a scrollable menu?

Dear Gamesalad users, I am new to this software and am attempting to create an app which requires a scrolling menu. I have not been able to find any information on how to do this on the forum and was wondering if anyone could explain to me in detail how it can be done.

I did see one user who posted up a youtube video which is similar to what I need.

I would be very appreciative if someone could help me out here, looking forward to anyone's answer. Have a great day!

I haven't seen how this template works, and haven't tried to do this myself, but if I was to do this, I'd probably have the blue background actually be a foreground element, with a transparent area where the menu would be. I'd then have the menu elements all be behind this "background", moving up and down in response to touch movements. Probably not the most elegant or efficient way, but what came to mind first.
