Provisional file doesn't launch Xcode 5

in Working with GS (Mac)

So I followed the Tshirt booth tutorial on how to load ad hoc app on my Ip5... once I get the .mobileprovisional file and double click it, It doesn't open Xcode. Therefore, I can't load it on my phone. all my ID's and everything are correct.... Any idea what the problem is???

    It should be installed when you double click and if you want to get that screen your idevice has to be connected and if you want to put it on your iPhone download the App file and download than load the file on to iTunes. Than load it on to your idevice
