Can you open a nightly build project in the release candidate? Because it will not let me, but I thought you could?

Good question. I know it's possible. I've done it with the first or second RC because it contained almost exactly what was in the latest Nightly Build. However, since the latest RC has new functions and other new content, I'm not sure Nightly Build versions will work properly. So, I'd suggest backing up your Nightly project just incase this doesn't work.

Right click on your Nightly project and click "get info."

Change the file extension of the Nightly project to ".gsrcproj" -- this will change it to a RC file. It should then open normally when double clicked.

I renamed a nightly file earlier today and opened it in the latest RC, but I honestly have no idea what version the nightly was made in, so it may not be true of the latest versions.

The newest nightlies are not compatible with the 0.11 release candidates if I remember correctly. They talked about it I one of the last nightly threads.
