Why dont I see a Network tab in my behaviours

Do I need to request this? I dont see a network tab in my behaviour list. I'm using RC and Daily but its not showing. The only way I can get it to show is if I open a project from someone else.

Under the Multiplayer drop-down menu in the Project Info tab, you need to select something other than None.
